Support
The primary function
of a Technical Support team member is to receive and log loan or case binder
information into system.
Duties include:
- Receiving
and sorting mail
- Logging
cases into system
- Shipping
rejected files to lenders
Position
requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in
Shipping/Receiving, Banking, Data Entry or other related experience is
sought. Successful candidates must have ability to lift 20 to
50 pound boxes; and excellent
customer service skills. Knowledge of mortgage loan
documents a plus.
Positions
available in Atlanta, Denver, Philadelphia, Santa Ana and Horizon
Headquarters in Lansdowne, Virginia.
