So we're not surprised when they just naturally consult with us about something new or upcoming in their work pipeline.
Our customers come to understand that Horizon's capabilities go far beyond workflow management. We have helped customers develop Lean Initiatives and ensure data integrity on exceptionally large portfolios. We've created web-based systems enabling our clients to review Horizon's deliverables in real time thereby supporting customer service to their constituents. After Hurricane Katrina, we were selected to provide home and business loan processing and loan closing service to support the SBA's disaster relief initiative.
