In the high-volume workflow arena, work has to be completed in a timely manner with consistency.  But equally important, the work must be accurate.  When your work affects people's lives, there's little room for error.  That's why Horizon builds precision, accuracy and accountability directly into our processes.

We have developed web-based data bases to support client efforts and track quality.  In one case, for example, Horizon devised a dual-level data entry process to ensure 100% accuracy.   We are able to improve performance by providing real-time feedback to our staff which is critical in a high volume environment.  We have successfully tackled adverse conditions while continuing to exceed productivity and quality goals.  In fact, in performance based contracts, Horizon consistently earns incentives for quality and timeliness.
